Terms of Service

GoEventify is a discovery and lead-generation platform that connects people planning events with local service vendors. We are not a party to any agreement between a user and a vendor. Hiring, pricing, performance, and payment for vendor services happen offline, directly between you and the vendor. We do not provide the services listed by vendors and do not guarantee any booking, quality, or outcome.

• Every account is created with a phone number verified by OTP. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• A user can become a vendor by completing vendor registration. Sales agents are created by GoEventify staff only.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

• Vendors pay a subscription to appear in search and receive leads. Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Cashfree Payments.
• When a subscription expires, the vendor is removed from search and existing conversations become read-only until renewed.
• Subscription fees are for platform visibility only and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Phone numbers are revealed to another party only with the owner's explicit consent, through our contact-exchange feature. Do not attempt to obtain or misuse another person's contact details. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.
• Do not use the platform to spam, harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Reviews must reflect genuine experience. One review per user per vendor.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

You retain ownership of content you submit (business details, photos, messages, reviews). By submitting it, you grant ADRS Techno Pvt Ltd a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating GoEventify. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

GoEventifyis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct, services, quality, or payments of any vendor or user, or for any dealings that occur off-platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADRS Techno Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the platform and its users. You may stop using GoEventify and request account deletion at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of ADRS Techno Pvt Ltd.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoEventify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
