Is GoEventify free to use for customers?
Yes! Browsing vendors, viewing profiles, and contacting vendors is completely free for customers. Vendors pay a subscription to be listed on the platform.

Do I need to create an account to browse vendors?
You can browse vendor profiles without an account. However, you need to sign in to message a vendor, save a vendor to your wishlist, or leave a review.
How do I sign in to GoEventify?
Sign in with your mobile phone number. We'll send you a 6-digit OTP to verify your number — no password required.
Finding Vendors
How do I find vendors near me?
Enter your pincode when you sign up or in the search bar. GoEventify automatically shows you vendors that serve your area. You can also filter by category, date, and shift to narrow your search.
Can I save vendors to check later?
Yes! Tap the bookmark icon on any vendor card or profile to save them to your wishlist. Access your saved vendors anytime from the Saved tab.
Messaging
How do I contact a vendor?
Open any vendor's profile and tap Message Vendor. This starts a private chat thread between you and the vendor. All communication happens in-app — no phone numbers are shared unless you choose to.
Can vendors see my phone number?
No. Your phone number is private by default. A vendor can only see your number if you explicitly share it with them using the Share Number option in the chat, or if you accept a contact request from them.
How does phone number sharing work?
Either party can initiate contact sharing. A vendor can send you a Contact Request which you can accept or decline. Alternatively, you can proactively share your number from the chat. Numbers are only revealed to the other party once consent is given.
Payments & Booking
Does GoEventify handle payments or bookings?
GoEventify is a discovery and communication platform. Actual hiring, negotiations, and payments happen directly between you and the vendor — offline. GoEventify does not process payments between customers and vendors.
Trust & Safety
How are vendors verified?
Vendors complete a registration form with their business details and subscribe to a plan before appearing in search results. Customer reviews further establish trust.
How do I leave a review for a vendor?
You can leave a review for any vendor you've had a conversation with. Open the chat thread or the vendor's profile and tap Write a Review. You can rate them 1-5 stars and add a written comment.
